Return policy :
1.1 Within 45 days from the date of purchase, we accept return requests for unsatisfactory items.

1.2 The item must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed or cleaned, with the original packaging and tags.

1.3 Return must be made within 15 days of receiving the item. If it exceeds this period, the return request could be refused.

1.4 The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.

1.5 Refunds will be made within 3-5 working days of receipt of your return (please allow us to confirm that the items ordered are correct) in the original form of payment.

Exchange policy:
2.1 Within 45 days of the purchase date, we accept exchange requests for unworn, unwashed or cleaned items with the original packaging and tags.

2.2 If you need to change size or color, please contact us before returning the item. We will help you complete the exchange request.

2.3 If the price of the new article is higher than that of the original article, you will have to pay the difference. If the price is lower, we will refund the difference.

Quality issues:
3.1 If the item has any quality problem, you can choose to return or exchange it.

3.2 If you choose to return it, we will refund you in full, including shipping costs.

3.3 If you choose to exchange it, we will bear the shipping costs.
